Thoroughly enjoyed looking at all those photos. Some fabulous standards of cars and motors - fantastic - really interesting stuff. Thanks Ferry Man for the time it must have taken to post all those pictures....an Aladdins cave for a DDK member. :P

looked like quite a few 74/75 Carrera types (?)

It was a great show once again

Tenth year that I have attended

A few cars in your pictures Paul that I must have missed in the two days I was there.

favourite thing though was definitely the ex Ferrari team transporter!

Berny,
We flew (out of Terminal 5  ) early Friday morning, we were at the show by 11.00am, stayed all day 'till 7.00pm when it closed then spent the night in Essen. We stayed at the Movenpick next to the station. Flew back Saturday night.
2 days at the show, 1 night away from home. Easy.

Yes Jonathan, quite a few, fetching good money now too (and selling, I noticed a couple with sold signs appearing very quickly).

Paul some great photo's thanks to for taking the time to do that.

I have been before and was a great show I should make a note for the dairy for new year as I think the Porsche's are being well represented.
( they were thin on the ground when I went ) I see Peters Stall is full of all things nice 356 wise hmm hmmm just interesting when he takes 3 weeks to send you anything...

The funny thing when I went was the Hotel in the morning I was staying with a mate who had a flat in Dusseldorf ( sp ) but my girlfriend flew over so at the hotel in the morning at breakfast it was a who's who of UK Porsche people.. Even Sufer ( DDK name ) and his mates from the IOW don't think there was any one else other than UK Porsche people staying there.
