I HAVE ALL ME WEE BAGS AND BOXES AT THE READY , HAVE VERY LITTLE SPACE SO HAVE TO WORK MY WAY AROUND IT . I HAVE SO FAR BOUGHT CARPET SET 3 BADGES HEADLINING 5 HUB CAPS 2 WINDOW SCRAPPERS 2 FLOOR PANS ETC SO AT THE END I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A GOOD CAR NOT CONCOURS BUT A GOOD SOLID RUST FREE EXAMPLE , PICS OF THE OTHER 912 S UNDER RESTORATION WOULD BE NICE OR A LINK OWEN NW

wel been drilling spot welds for what seems a life time , just shows how well porsche are put together .had a few minor repairs to sort out , and lots of breaking out the remains of spot welds and dressing them up , a night mare lol floors out and now ready to be replace owen nw

Good luck with the resto Owen, d'you think you could look up the previous owners? I'm sure max Mosley would be there somewhere....

more pics and progress ,finally got to the stage of welding , i thought went to trial fitt the rear floor , not even close the front was the same , all me measurement were fine , until that wee vioce in the head said repro panels , never fitt lol , well lots of fettling later and weee were welding . so now i have in the rear floor , and it s starting to look good , some difference in the old to new makes you want to do more but the beer calling owen before putting in the floors i sprayed all the inner surfaces with stone chip paint same as porsche but they did theres pink don t ask i don t no lol

all the welding to the chassis floors are now complete thank f*** lol. now its looking more as it should thanks to britt owen nw

to day i spent ages stripping all nuts bolts of the 912 and now have off the front bumper 2 horns , 2 front wings in xcellent condition 2 doors that look good but are nt iam going to reskin them , petrol tank light s now she s looking bare but good put pics up to morrow owen nw

yep sandles all the time , thats all i wear in the garage , been doing it like that for years flip flops all day sandles when i work lol

I still reckon a scruffy tramp would chose your welding 'hoody' over mine. It's practically washed + pressed by comparison
