hadn't thought about evenings. i guess Lazza and i are going to need to find somewhere to eat Thusday night. (italian would be good)
then theres Friday and sunday nights too. (maybe we could go out as a group?)

James is staying from Friday night yes?
Would you like me to book
Thursday.......Italian
Friday............Chinese/Indian/local pub meal
Saturday.........BBQ
Sunday............Chinese/Indian/local pub meal
Let me know. Everyone should chip in here with preferences if you want to make a DDK evening of it asap.

Jo & I are there Friday & Saturday night but heading back down to Yorkshire some time Sunday (we are staying at Enoch ... was told to bring my trunks for the hot tub
...... I've heard stories about those things
)
Mike, I'll have a word with Jo tomorrow & let you know what we'd like to do Friday night
Do we need to wash the cars for the stand? If so I'll be asking to borrow your hosepipe on Friday evening Mike

It's been so hot and dry up here last few months there's a hose pipe ban
I have a damp sponge available but will have to share

Could you two (Mike & James) wash my car as well. I'm more a drive it like it was stolen than wash & shine guy, but then it takes all sorts

Yes Lazza and i will be there Thursday night through to Monday morning.
please would you book the Italian for us on Thursday (if its not too far to drive...it's along way to scotland,so we'll be tired** ) or if theres somewhere witin staggering distace that would be great

i suspect the answer will be NO BUT if you park it next to the 356 Lazza might valet it by mistake

seriously ?
i've entered the 356 in the concours so we might bring a large jerry can of water with us as well as bucket and usual valeting kit. (good job we are bringing 2 cars

The nearest Italian will be a 15 minute drive from your billet. Still OK?
Just joking about the hose pipe ban. I am sure you can drown your cars quite happily with my pipe or at Enoch Lodge which will prob have one.

We're planning to set off Friday but arrive in Scotland Saturday (it's a long way from here with a 6 month old), starting our return journey Sunday at some point.
Really looking forward to this one and Mike's excellent BBQ skills (should I put a question mark after that one?).

is there a pub or something within staggering distance? if not we will proberlly just stop on the way up and go without in the evening.
