Smashed to a thousand pieces, scattered to the corners of the crank case !
I found lots of bits when I took the inspection plate and gauze off the bottom of the engine ! Yuk Looks like I need to split the case to give it a good clean as a minimum!!
The most worrying thing was a broken twist drill lying on the gauze too !
Where did this come from ... and where is the rest of it ! I really didn't want an engine rebuild !!
