that's good to hear Nick cos I thought the last min date and a bad date at that for Southampton would make it a low number event.. I just hope the numbers are up and the weather is good. I can see this becoming an anual event which will be good...

I'll be there with Del Mallett. We're bringing down his Speedster (sorry, one of his Speedsters...) and the 'Streamliner'. Nick Faure asked me to collect his 356 race car and drive it down, but too much hassle. Next time...

Weather is looking clear if you believe the weather men.

Sounds as if it is going to be great day with so many quality cars coming.

Might have to give the 356 a full wax before I come, just to make sure it does not look too tatty next to the quality examples !!

All the best

It's very unfortunate, but looks like I might not be able to make it after all - work and personal life stretched to the limit.

No doubt Fred (356 reg sec) will be parking cars up in some kind of order . . . . perhaps someone here could help him with the early 911 rabble  .

Anyway . . . . . I know it's going to be a great event, so enjoy. If you come across anyone looking for me, please pass on my apologies.

I'm going to do my best. It'll be a day out for the kids if I come along. Really all down to the weather now.
