Cripes!
The Talk-talk lady looks like she has been through hell, but a good update and clear. 10/10
The Clap Your Hands Now vid is enough to brighten this dull sunday afternoon to say the least!
Am I brave enough to show it to Mrs Hillclimber?

It has all been said, but it really is a wonderful result.
Love the position of the rear wheels to the arches, but just so nice overall.
A major standard setter is there ever was one in recent years.

So it really was that straight forward ? All done ? Now you just have to drive it ? 280 miles doesn't sound bad for starters...it's still about 278 miles more than I have managed so far
So how was the drive ??? Everything you hoped for and more ???
Soooooo many questions, (sorry

) but such a cool car ! It's one of ''those'' cars and sure to be many research folders.
More photos and some sound please, it looks epic !
Chris
Again my apologies for slow reply but this week has been manic.....
I collected the car Tuesday; Nick had told me that the megaphones weren't as noisy as he thought they might be and quieter than many. A false sense of expectation on my part....
....this car is loud, very loud, race car loud, it's f*@king NOISY!
I had the idea of running megaphones for a short while before fitting a muffler.....we've all been around paddocks and seen car on the race track so thought it was a bit of fun....and it is, but in the real world it's a tad embarrassing and certainly raises eyebrows when crawling down the village high street on tick-over! I was also quite concerned when passing a horse rider this morning, the car is going to be driven a lot so the sooner I get it silenced a bit all the better......it's does sound insane though when screaming past 6,000 revs!
The engine is a delight and surprisingly pulls like a train from just over 2,000 revs and just doesn't stop going. It revs like no tomorrow and and the needle flies around the rev counter with the slightest blip. It's very quick, I'm going to need to be careful in this one.
Brakes felt quite wooden at first although have improved greatly with a few miles and now have a really nice feel, the stopping power is immense. There's not much pedal travel and this is something I'd like to work on if possible. The clutch and brake pedal position isn't great and need moving to the right, a project for later.Seats are fantastic.
By far the best thing is how the car handles straight out of the box, this is something I thought I'd have to work on over time but it's wonderful just the way it is. The car meets all my expectations and then some!
A happy boy?.....what do you think!.....
Cheers,
