Couldnt agree with you more on this. I think this is a great car as it stands, it is used as it should be.

I think it has a perfect 'stance' - looks very purposeful when followed too ...

Yes, I was impressed too by its turn of speed on the Autobahns ...
Thanks chaps. I was very pleased with how it ran! Clearly Murphy's Law works because after I had bought lots of spares, on Mike Smith's suggested list, I didn't need any!

Hi

Thanks for keeping Jakki, & I, company during the trip. I don't think that Jakki, or myself, could of managed without some other couple to chat too!

Do you know Andy (914) username on here?

Thursday….a beautiful sunny day across the country until 5 minutes before we reached Hull when it became dull and dreary, just like their football team!….things were looking bright in the car park though…

…DDK Royalty aplenty…

…setting the tone for the weekend…

…and 'safely' on the ferry…I have no alarm, I don't smoke…shame my attention span is so short!

A very good trip and nice to meet many of the DDK folk. My sincere thanks to James and Brian for putting it all together. A few pics from the trip:

Loved the scale and space inside the museum

And the space outside

What do you get when you put a Donkey up against two of Porsche finest on some mountain roads? Starts like this ...

Image

Ends like this ...

Image

But there was a consolation prize

Image

Although he was lucky to get a look in against his arch rival (for the sweet trolley)

Image

Plus we got to visit an old friend

Image

And had a blast on the way home

Image

Some kettle action

Image

And the odd head to head

Image

All topped off with ....... more ice cream! Great way to end the trip.

Image

My thanks to all for making it such a great 5 days.
The force is strong in this one ......

…well, with 25 old Porsches and one modern Ferrari a recovery vehicle was booked in advance…..wouldn't have been needed if the Ferrari hadn't come!

Great to meet up with you and your friends Feroz, and thanks for taking it easy so I could keep up!
