I am told that the car was original sold to the Babycham girl (the one out of the adverts). I am doing some searching and I think this is her. (1973)
I will continue to search for more info, this car has such a great history record. It also has all of it's stamped up service history, in the original maintenance record back to its first service after 562 miles!
So a bloke with massive side boards painted it and then a babycham girl drove it - very cool.
