Awesome pics everyone. We had a cracking time, just got back on sunday morning after spending a week in a farmhouse near chateaux-briand doing very little except drinking lots of french wine and eating cheese
The 912 performed faultlessly this time (well except for a few small niggles but that's all part of the adventure) after clocking just over 1000 mile round trip.
Was great to put a few more faces to names, and so glad we made it to arnage this year for the saturday evening - thanks Matt for the lift (still can't believe Bazz and myself managed to squeeze in the back of your car! the stance must have looked playa from the outside though )
Will sort out my pics asap but gotta say this one of Gary's had me chuckling
Looks like a scene from All creatures great and small

Indeed. But our man 'Butsi' didn't have a press pass. He just bluffed his way in. Like a maverick.Chris_911 wrote: Oh, what I would give for trackside access to take pics......
Helps if you've got as many long Nikon lenses as Chris though...

Trish and I went too but in the a/c Subaru, a welcome relief after those days of 34 degC.
Night time was just magic in the pits and on the track.
I thought the RSR shell on the Porsche stand was really nice, but what do I know!
Tried to find you all in the track encloseure, but only spotted a few familiar cars on the sunday lunch time.
Great pics from all, all I could find was fence wire just everywhere...
Turn the volume up.

Some great pics, I thought I'd stick up a few 'people' pics , as the standard of my action shots leave a little to be desired . I can't thank everyone I met enough for making me feel very welcome . (apologies to Stephen for trying to kill him during our 'off' on the track laps...less said the better ! ).
Thanks again.....Russ
