generator/fan

Post by hunter »

Hi all

Hope you had a good new years eve and paid dearly the next day :drunken:

Have replaced my generator and now need to put it all back together. Can anybody direct me to a parts diagram for the correct sequence in which to re-install the cooling fan parts/generator. Think ive got it right but would just like to double check before i tighten things up.

Also, whats the best way to tighten the fan nut and is it crucial to torque down or is just bloody tight ok.

Thanks

D

Cheers Mark

Just spent some time wandering around the porsche.com classic area . Have you seen the old movies they have there? Brilliant!

Shame you cant download them.

Thanks again - should be able to sort it now.
