"Fasten Seat Belt" light

A previous owner installed an alarm in the car and drilled through the front of the Fasten Seat belt sign on the dash to install a LED.

Alarm is no longer there, just the wiring. I'm still to pull it all out. Would like to replace the lens though. I only need the lens and the surround.

It's for a 914 but I'm sure they are the same as fitted in the 911.

Anyone got one hanging around? I did buy one from ebay but it never arrived! :x
