one of my all time fav scenes .. the clocking ticking down for the start of the race.. followed by silence .. then al hell breaks loose as all cars start their engines

I was doing the RMA Paddock Club day at Donnington last week in the 911 and on a lap past the pits a Fezza P4 pulled out on his out lap and into Redgate, then the Crainers - following that big fat arse, slipping everywhere on cold slicks - it was just like being in Le Mans
A memory forever that one
An hour or so later, the same guy was out in his (I think) P7 - the Dino badged beastie (Fezzas not my speciality) - and after coming down Starkeys into the Chicane I was outbraked by a stunning 962 - then just when I thought I'd seen it all, the chap with the Fezza's changes for his DBR1 - it doesn't get any better than that
