As some maybe aware I had to change my car a few days before travelling to CLM.
I booked through a well know Motorsports booking agent even paying for additional Flex-Tunnel tickets. My company spent several 000's for customers and friends to attend, many their first time.
Said booking agent charged me £300 to car change details despite Le Shuttle offering this as a free service with Flex-tickets. Would hey charge £300 per car totaling several more thousands. An ordinary shuttle ticket does not cost much more that £300.
They have now refused to refund the £300 they charged to change the car details. Apparently its in their T&C's. Do companies really treat returning customers in the way in 2025?
I have sent a bitter disappointing but polite message back.
Anyone know of any options I may have?

Have you asked for their terms and conditions to see that it specifically does say that?

Very good point. I have just read through the T&C's. No mention of a £300 charge for changes.
I have sent them an email explaining their T&C's as clearly they don't understand.
Thanks

If they do not pay up, once you have their response in writing or email, and tell them you need a final written response to then complain to the Ombudsman, and tell them you are doing so. Companies hate that, as every complaint is recorded against them and held on file whether successful or not, as it questions their customer service.

I'm known this is horse already bolted but couldn't you have contacted Eurotunnel directly with your reference number?

Yea, turns out Le Shuttle cant make changes to 3rd party bookings. It seems to be a very clever protection. The booking agent has the only access, I bet they pay less for the actual ticket as well.
