SOLD. 915 gearbox 5 speed 1974
SOLD
Hello all
I've got a 915/00 gearbox I won't be needing. The gearbox number starts 734 so I think that's a magnesium 5 speed from about 1974 but please correct me if not
From the info I can find on't net ..it might not have standard ratio gears in it .. decipher codes for 734 say 7 means a 6 cyl .3 is for optional ratios. 4 for 1974
I was told it came from a running car but it's been standing around for a few years
£3000 reduced to £2500
might consider a deal against a 901 or 911 gearbox to suit my 70/71 2.2

Re: 915 gearbox
Just a thought...
Might be good to help you sell if you say if it is an early magnesium case box and has a mechanical speedo drive or is an aluminium case with electronic speedo drive cable.
Is it a 4 or 5 speed box?
A picture speaks a 1000 words!
Just trying to help.

I'm looking for a pre-impact bumper 911S or other high-revving 911 to restore - please let me know if you see one.

Are you attaching them on your phone? It takes any size.tangerineT wrote:Hi Rob
