Hi Tom,

really cool pics Image
thanks for sharing them Image

just a few aditional words:

Image
this one is a replica, but a really good one, built with lots of original parts
the twin-plug engine is newly rebuilt
it's the same Austrian seller, where I bought my teener, back in '99 :)

Image
this one is an absolutely fantastic car!
same seller as the RSR replica above
it's a '71 /6 that got converted to a GT wannabe from Porsche Austria about 10 years ago
the best one is the engine - a *real* 2.7RS
he offered me the car before he brought it to Essen ...
I would have bought it if it was a '70 (I'm looking for a nice '70 914-6)

the RSR has a 2.7RS chassis no but apparently no one at the factory is able to confirm anything about it. The shell has had a very hard life - you can see that the roof has had a lot of repairs done to it and you can also see where the roof has been welded to the screeen pillars at some point in its life....then again it wasn't hugely expensive....
1966 912 Karmann Coupe - polo red.
1972 914/6 GT replica - 2.7 - signal orange.
1961 Standard 217 Tractor.
2003 Boxster S.
1967 Alfa Giulia Sprint GT Veloce.
