Weber 40IDS

Post by swb100 »

I have a really nice pair of Weber 40 IDS with cross shaft and air filter housing. I have owned these for about 15 years and only run them on race engines. They made 231 brake on a 2.3 and most recently 209 on a 2.0 litre . Really nice and clean in the float chamber with no corrosion. They had new shafts and bushes at the beginning of last season, all threads are good. I have never used the air filter housing so it would need refinishing. Based near Guildford, Surrey. £4950.00
Message me for more pictures.
Thanks, Glynn.

Hi, thanks. I am really trying to clear parts but I am looking for a 2.0 aluminium engine case. Let me know if you have a spare.

I don't suppose you have a usable set of 90mm pistons and cylinders?

I'm looking for a pre-impact bumper 911S or other high-revving 911 to restore - please let me know if you see one.
