Cookie Cutters don't crack, or at least mine are intact...

The wheels on my LOLA are Dymage magnesium alloy from the 70's, and i check them before and after every hillclimb. They were cast and leak like mad. One will drop 2 psi in 12 hours.

Modern casting processes are so good nowadays, can't imagine Porsche forging new wheels?

We put a pair of the first batch made onto this narrow body R tribute in 2021. Not sure if Grp 4 have changed them since then. No clearance issues. Image

Hmm they are the Vredestein tyres, so they are a slightly different shape.
