Happy to speak to Charlie at Bicester once we have an idea of numbers and if we are sure we want to go there. If it’s not central enough then I won’t waste his time.

Middle of Essex.

I was involved with getting Ford RS200's together last year and we used the Silverstone Classic as a base. Worked pretty well, we had 28 of them there. The event worked pretty well, lots of other things to see and some racing going on. Was a bit pricey is my only downside.

Excuse for a weekend away. :) If we take Leeds as a Northern point. 90% of the people seem to be within a 3 hours drive of Bicester.

The April Sunday Scramble at Bicester sold out within 3 weeks of tickets going on sale, and to display inside the technical area you have to be a Pegasus member so if it’s a meet there it would be better trying to organise an actual stand alone DDK event there rather than try and piggy back a scramble. They do already have a few Porsche events there anyway.

If you don’t expect more than say 100 cars then a good spot is Caffiene and Machine (The Hill) near to Stratford on Avon. Phil is a Porsche person and is always happy to run dedicated events and club meets there.

Gaydon is good, we hold our Aircooled Swapmeet there but it is just a big carpark if you do t have something going on the indoor bits or if you don’t want to pay to go in the museum.

I’d be more than happy to help organise, I’m planning a porsche run out around Warwickshire/ Worcestershire and the Cotswolds for the summer already, with a lunch stop with ‘The Steamhouse’ who has offered to host us for lunch. A. DDK event would be great, so I’d be in :)

Aye and if you take Leeds as a central point it’s only 3 hrs from gods country Dave…..surely you’re not being selfish?
