4 x 7" x 15" Dage sport wheels

Post by 911hillclimber »

These are my old hillclimb wheels, bought from Bob Watson 28 years ago, and were on my 911 for decades.
Cast alloy with Cookie Cutter offset will fit under a 911 narrow body with 205 x 50 tyres or 185 x 65 tyres.
All original paint etc so if you want a perfect finish, these will need stripping and powder coating etc. No centre caps but have bolt in valves fitted.
The rims are the solid one-piece design bolted to the cast 'fuch' centres.
No curb rash, any chipping you can see is the paint coming off from multiple tyres being fitted over the years.

Doubt I will hill climb my 911 again, so these are simply never going to be used by me again, but could be just the ticket for someone else.

I want £850 as they are, as seen no returns. If you want them shipping, please accept this will be down to you (and insured) or collect from my house, WV5, about 25 mins from J6 on the M6, West Midlands.
Not desperate to sell in the least so please, no silly offers.

Just relied by pm.

These wheels will sit in my shed as the wife thinks we should keep them.
Thank you to all for their interest.

Graham, if I were you I'd freshen them up and put them on your car.

Understand, but had them working hard on the car when hillclimbing it and a few years after too.
The Cookies make the car look very classic which I like today.

A refurb would be about £300 in sensible colours.
They do look nice on a 911, but in the shed they go for now or forever.

I think it is time to sell these Dage wheels, I want a bit of space in the garage for another motorbike project.

Now £850 for the 4 wheels just as above, but open to sensible offers too.
Please take a look at the start of this advert for details.

Wheels at at home and have rarely seen rain for 30 odd years.
Sold as seen, and any shipping is by your arrangements or collect from me; I'm 30 mins from J10 on the M6 close to Wolverhampton.
Graham.

Certainly not too expensive - maybe worth trying Ebay?

Indeed, when I last looked a few weeks ago there were none for sale.
As you say worth a try.
Thank you.
