It's a Vixen GT Jason - a one-off originally designed & built in the 1960's by racer Ian Stronach.
It was discovered in a farmyard in Strasbourg ~ 50 yrs later in a sorry state & painstakingly restored (& uprated mechanically) ...

Looking at this inspired me to look up the history on my old S4 SE Elan that I had in the 70's. Apparently it's still about and made me fancy one. I don't think it will be £1,080 again.

The last night of an amazing 'Raid' to Mirepoix in the Pyrenees. 50 Frazer Nashes....cols, chateaux, wine, fettling & cassoulet, all with friends....our travelling gang finished it off at the Hotel de France. W

After a weekend of tracking down a coolant leak, ordering the necessary replacement hose and then fitting and bleeding coolant yesterday evening the least I could do was give the Bus a run into the office early this morning!
