Fan refurbishing

Hi all does anyone recommend someone to do the fan refurbishment as in fan and the ring and replate the center? I think they vapour blast it then chromate?was it Nick Moss who does it? Can’t see it on his website though.any help would be great,

Could I offer an opinion that the picture above looks a different finish and colour to an original fan and housing.

Would agree Mike. Looks like an applied finish similar to Ceracote.

Perhaps [mention]camperco [/mention]could chip in here seeing as they did the fan for me and respond? (the housing is the last magnesium small one from Ben Coles)

Had my fan and housing vapour blasted locally for £75

No idea of that's a good or bad price, as quick and nearby was the order of the day
