Just wanted to say a big thanks to Angus and the team for hosting the event yesterday. Shame the weather was pants but nice to catch up with a few people.

Cheers

Converting the lights to LED's will now be a priority (I've just done this on my Elite) ...
Sorry to have missed the Fulvia.

Thanks Angus, Bootsy and all else involved, for organising. A great event, and invaluable for getting together the bits for my build.

A couple of people commented - even as little as a couple of weeks earlier in the year might make all the difference to the weather & turnout - I'd be inclined to agree.

Great news everyone. Ian McMullan finally made it to the swapmeet 5 days late after a spell in hospital during his journey from Dublin.Image

Very many thanks to Angus and Ian Gunney for encouragement and support during my recent misadventure. Angus has very kindly offered to store the few bits and pieces that I was bringing to the swap meet.I will list these items shortly and if anyone is interested, I’m sure we can come to an arrangement with Angus.I was delighted to make it to Greatworth, nearly a week late, and to leave with a few goodies that I would have been looking for on Sunday last!! I also have to thank the wonderful staff at the Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary Hospital who looked after me so well during my expected stay. It was most disappointing to miss the swapmeet on Sunday last.I was so looking forward to meeting up with old friends and buying and selling a few bits, but better safe than sorry. Looking forward to the next one!
