Yes, interesting article.
That 356 proto picture with the 3 of them present is often cropped to just the 2 Porsche engineers, but that has been known for years and raises suspicions.
A design as complex as a car would not have been designed by one person, there would be a small or large Drawing Office involved too.
I was a design engineer for all my working life, from a clean piece of paper to production and beyond.
My contract and salary covered everything, I had no rights to any money if a product was successful unless my employer thought otherwise, and a bonus was paid.
The German engineers I worked with for 10 years all had some 'link' to the patents that may be granted along the way, but no more than that. Thier ideas patented, but they were paid for thier creativity in the salary.
