Winston,

A quick google search and this is the best I can find. The website says BF Torino seats and they look like Nurburgring to me.

I think I have a photo somewhere of my stock comfort seat next to the Nurburgring in my 912. To give you an idea of scale.

Cheers Matt

Oooh thanks Matt, that would be great, as I think the 912 seat is very similar to the standard 356 seat that mine has. W

Winston, seems I lost the original photo I took so I used insomnia to my benefit and went out and took some new ones this morning.

Hopefully this gives you an idea of size next to a standard comfort seat.
I think they look very 60’s sport purpose, not unlike the GT seats you’re considering.

I sit at the same height which works well for me at 6’. I’d say they are narrower and fit well at the hips.
I used them with 3 point, Irvin safety style, static belts and it worked well.

The squab is longer with much better thigh and back of knee support. As they are new and made differently, they are much firmer. People do say they soften a bit with use.

Having put the seat back in and sat on it again, I’m in two minds now whether I should sell…..

I’ll PM my mobile number. Matt
