How was yesterday part different for £20 plus also charging for bacon Sarnie Vs what Alan has done so well free at Cranford Cassics for several years?
How does it compare to Bicester Scramble which from memory is roughly similar charge?
Also how does it compare to recent Rennsport Collective for £25 which had an array of truly exceptional and in many cases significant historied cars ?
If all the money from yesterday raised went to DDK charity enabled by the hosts providing their facility like Angus did for the successful DDK autojumble earlier this year, then I'd understand.
Been to countless Porsche gatherings in well over over 25 years ownership including core member of small early Porsche get togethers every third weds events at Rose of York Richmond back in the early nineties that morphed for a period via nearby Dyshart into todays Fairmile Cobham meets. Always were just show up and mingle for free so not sure I get it?
Maybe someone who attended yesterday can explain? Maybe I missed a truly exceptional Porsche event?
Steve
