Replace 69 T indicator relay.

Post by murray »

It appears that I need to replace my indicator relay. having searched for a "how to" guide on the forums / YouTube it seems that I need to take out either the oil gauge or the speedo then it becomes accessible.. They are both held by locking straps/nuts from behind and I cannot even see the nuts from the front bonnet area so not sure how to access them.

Please can someone suggest the best way to deal with this ?

69 gauges are held in by brackets with nuts on the back of the gauge.

Just pull your carpet in the trunk, remove the fibre board, and you may have to remove the pipe from the HVAC to the floor to get good access.
