I am not sure which model this came from, but will fit 912/911/356.

How many screw holes are there on each side?

Hi, There are 2 screw holes on each side approximately 140 mm apart.
I also have a second one with 3 screw holes on either side, however one of the 3 holes appears not to be used and may want rethreading if you're interested. This one doesn't have the headrest holes.
If you are close by you are welcome to come and look.
