Took my Fulvia down to 'Italian Coffee & Classics' at the Classic Motor Hub this morning - had a lovely drive there & back on some great roads.

Apart from a fair number of the usual 'bloated' modern Ferraris, there were a few rare & unusual cars:

One of only 5 UK RHD SII Iso Grifos ... with an appropriate registration number

I don't remember seeing one of these before (certainly not one with wire wheels) - an OSCA 1600 GT2 by Fissore (only 21 built):

An Innocenti Mini De Tomaso:

This unusual-coloured RHD Lamborghini Jarama

- complete with the owner's 'alternative' to rechroming by wrapping the window frames in aluminium cooking foil !

- & my favourite ... this lovely Maserati Sebring:

And isn't that a peach too.
What a lovely car, just makes you want to have Big Road Trip with a loved one.

Alfa at Oulton, used to be a friend's hillclimb car, you can see him dribbling still..

I saw the Alfa at Gold Cup, beautiful, but did not realise it was Reg’s old car – penny for his thoughts.

He knows the owner/driver and also the other one there.
He was a bit saddened to actually see it again, it still looked good John.
When my toe has healed enough to drive safely, will call for a meet at Attingham.

My ride for Sunday. Friend’s father bought it new, so I’ve know the car all it’s life.
