It wasn't unknown for me to visit Madame JoJo's too - but a bit earlier ('80's) ...

It’s a great combination! I had one with a S75 engine in the early 70’s. It was brilliant for going to and from college, Stranraer to Bedfordshire. I stayed on the tail of a Lotus Cortina all the way along the old twisty road from Stranraer to Gretna once. We both pulled in to the same petrol station, he needed petrol, I needed oil!

An American friend of mine, who's now 80, had three GTO's in the late 60's early 70's ( he was the Ferrari dealer for San Francisco during that time) he bought his last one for $12,500 in 1972 ) so I would guess that ad' must be around 1969 / 1970 .

Took a drive out to my usual photo spot in North Wales. Golf is a poor substitute for the 911 but in this heat I was glad to have aircon!
