Hi folks, do you have any recommendations when it comes to practical, effective, long-lasting, worthwhile, etc, etc kit to have in a road car.
There seems a plether of them out there but also some very questionable ones too.
Hope I'll never have to use it!!
Ian

Thankfully I've not had the need to use them but I bought some of these to keep in my cars:

Re: Fire extinguisher recommendations
i have one of these mounts under teh front of the passenger seat .. so whatever extinguisher fits is ideal ( I say that as a lot of euro ones won't fit. I had to go to a specialist fire protection company to get a suitable extinguisher

Re: Fire extinguisher recommendations
Thank you both for your help. I did a search on DDK and much to my surprise found nothing.
But then I must learn to spell exstinguisher correctly!!!
Very interesting to read all the comments made in that thread.
Thanks folks,
Ian

Re: Fire extinguisher recommendations
We have one of these in each of our cars - https://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk/p/li ... 01-100-001
They have a 10 year life-span if serviced every 2 years. We have just had 3 serviced @ £13.15 each + delivery and VAT
Cheers
