Just wondering if this event will be cancelled as Oxfordshire will move into Tier 4 on Boxing day? Seems likely.

Indeed. Nothing yet from the organisers, but they're probably still in shock...

Here we go... Sad but inevitable:

It is with a heavy heart that, due to yesterday’s announcement by the Government, we have taken the decision to postpone our next Scramble due to be held on the 9th and 10th January to the 24th and 25th April 2021.

We had planned the forthcoming Scramble to be COVID-compliant with a significantly reduced attendance, but with our area of Oxfordshire due to rise to Tier 4 from Boxing Day, sadly the January Scramble will be unable to go ahead.

We sincerely hope that these new measures help contain this new strain of COVID-19 and that we can all meet once more at Bicester Heritage in the spring. On behalf of the team at Bicester Heritage, we wish you a very Happy Christmas and hope that you, your families and friends stay safe this winter.

Scramble Pass Policy

Bicester Heritage wishes to reassure all Scramble Pass holders (purchased for the 9-10th January) that their current Passes will allow entry to the next Scramble on the 24th-25th April.

April 24th/ 25th seems like a long way off- let’s hope things are clearer then!

Having seen the announcement on the TT I do not think any events sadly will be open to the public until the Autumn.
