Advice please, how do I add pictures to the body of this message as an example?

You need to use an image cloud storage provider. What you do is then embed a link to that image in the body of your post and hey presto it appears when you preview or submit.

I think most people on here use Postimage following the demise and disastrous relaunch of photobucket...once you have uploaded a picture postimage gives you a string to copy and paste into your post.

Easy peasy once you've done it a few times. The time taken to put a lot of photos up there is why we should be so grateful to those who give us their big restoration stories :cheers:
