The value of engines and gearboxes today?

Post by 911hillclimber »

Would welcome measured opinions of the value of a 3.2 engine and box.

If the 3.2 is a fully rebuilt long block less induction ignition and exhaust and run for 100 miles in a car, new valves, guides rings and shells, new chains etc 1986.
Lightened flywheel with alum clutch

The box is a mag case 1973 unit with mods inside all rebuilt by MB Engineering, LSD (Helix) currently built for mid engine application (ie 914) low ratio cwp, some trick parts inside.
Would have the box reversed to RWD if requested. 250 miles since rebuild.
