cars n cabbage

Post by Ignatzcatz »

In the latest heart stopping episode of cars and cabbage, will our intrepid partisans ever find the route out of suburbia? Will they be able to navigate the wild and dangerous tracks in deepest darkest Sussex? Will they find roads with grass growing in the middle of them, with little stones and gravel? Will they have enough money for breakfast? And will Maz's bearings hold up?
Be sure to tune in later, much later to find out the answers to all this rubbish and quite probably be bored shitless.

As the day gets ever nearer we wonder if Maz has found his lost bearings, if the c n c crew have found their Ordnance survey maps of Sussex, if they have actually found where to plug in their Garmins, if they have even worked out a route yet and have they got their visas for the hallowed Southern counties. And will I have time to polish my wheels again.
The answers to all these questions may not be answered by the time the pubs kick out on Saturday, but who really cares.

Seems Maz's bearings are bearing up fine. But the drama is unfolding with only 3 day's to go before the very first
"Southern Sunday fry up run" Will the pace car and route planner get his gearbox problems sorted or will he be in a MK1 Golf GTI.?

Will Kirk the Northerner turn up in his ace 70s or his cracking ST build.? Will the Danish babe magnet show in the 68S or the 964.?

Will the breakfast in Petworth be up to standard. The drama is unfolding.

Dear CC Homies

My bearings are fine it was a handbrake issue now resolved after a few beans went to Jez at Carrera Performance. A good job as always and sensibly priced he also attended to a few oil leaks! All in good order to meet the crew on Sunday for a greasy spoon Graham has recommended in the sticks. Its a first DDK in the UK for me so how crap could it be with my mates? I just hope Graham doesn’t wear his John Wayne outfit, Kirk makes it past Northampton and Dave’s yellow canary arrives unmolested in tranquil Surrey for the pre meet.

Is there a cryptic cabbage clue as to what this is all about and when and where it is taking place?

It would appear we're all jolly well ready. Binky has got the compass, Squiffy has the cheese and pickle sandwiches, Algernon has got lashings of ginger beer and old Maz has got his bearings. We better bring our galoshes because it may be a tad on the damp side over there but it's going to be an absolutely splendid time, Hurrah!

Just a group of blokes having an early Sunday run out with a fry up in the middle. We are the scapegoats, so will report if it's shitt or if it will become a regular gig.
