As to be expected, what looked like a relatively straightforward patch repair to the lower bulkhead on the passenger side of my 914 proved to be a little more involved. Here's what to expect...

Hopefully! The good thing was that it gave us the opportunity to see up inside the chassis section below the 'hell hole', which proved to be corrosion-free.Gary71 wrote:Looks good for a good few years to come.
We could then liberally apply wax coating inside the chassis leg before sealing it all back up again.
