All 'scene' - no substance. The three produced simultaneously here in Kuwait are atrocious. If you throw enough cash at NS then he'll agree to take an air chisel to your pride and joy in situ, rivet on some fibre panels and seal it off with mastic. Look underneath to really enjoy the unfinished cut steel, blobs of sealant and rivet heads. Lovely. I'm a big fan of the original RWB track aesthetic: chuck it all together, nail on a stack of spoilers and rag the nuts off it. Not a fan of these shoddy big money scene slags though...

Thanks for all the RWB info. Looking at the Car and Classic advert the car is for sale at Bespoke cars in Harrogate, just round the corner from me.

200k does seem a lot of money for a 993 with a dodgy body kit and from the little I saw of it, it wasn't a pleasurable ride. The suspension seemed rock solid and it was incredibly noisy. More noisy than Mick Cliffs RS rep with the sporty exhaust that sounded like an infrasound weapon and made me feel sick every time I drove it. :laughing6:

Anyways, I haven't see the Japanese monster this morning, perhaps it was just a mate calling in on a mate on a nice summer evening.

Bootsy's is almost certainly unique. Had shiny wipe-clean PVC interior, with manacles each side of the passenger seat.

Yes, I still have it! It made the DDK calendar last year alongside Johnny's 356 - we were on the road to the inaugral Ashintully Hill Climb - a mad cap day run on a locals winding driveway up to his Scottish Castle.

She's running well - Mike Bainbridge gearbox rebuild, late Chris Flavell carb rebuild and has assumed the position of weekend driver, occasional work commuter and slow stream rolling resto.

Currently sharing the stable with these 2...
