Wanted Porsche 911

Post by SeanP »

Looking for a friend.

Has a budget of circa £35k. Assume an impact bumper for that budget.

Must’ve be an air cooled coupe preferably without rear spoiler. An honest car from an enthusiast preferred. Don’t mind some work to tidy etc.

What do you have, know for sale?

Regards

Sean

Sean, I'm sure more information would help. What model, year is your friend interested in? £35k would get you a very nice modern 911 but would be in the lower range for an early car.

Brendan

Have edited the original post. For that budget it would have to be an impact bumper, but it needs to be honest, (have seen a few cars that have been tarted up to look the part but hiding all sorts of issues).

I have a feeling this is a DDK car (possibly Gary, Visual FX?), but I could be wrong.

Anyhow, it fits the brief, is very close to your friend’s budget and to my eyes looks absolutely stunning.

Ah well to put things right here is Gary’s car - you can see how I made the error re ownership as it even has black and silver plates.

Hi Sean

A friend of mine is looking to sell his 911SC. Its a fantastic car in very good condition mechanically and cosmetically. Red with black interior, rear wing, 7" & 8" Fuchs, excellent service history most recently with Jaz Porsche. My friend bought the car from me a few years back, I bought it from 911 Virgin. He was thinking of giving it back to 911 Virgin when I last spoke to him.

If it is of interest, I can put you in touch.
The force is strong in this one ......
