It’s weird, despite having driven it thousands of miles I’ve never seen one fully properly finished and polished up without wearing its slave wheels and bin bag disguise kit.

So even for all of us working on it yesterday was a big day to finally see what we’ve been doing for the last couple of years!

Generally feedback has been positive so fingers crossed it will sell, the old one did and this is in a different league.

As you know Gary, the new GT is one of my fav cars ( if I could afford one). Think this complements it well.

I still like the Continental my friend John Heffernan designed (along with Ken Greenley). For a 1992 design, it looks pretty cool in my eyes...

I was never convinced by the looks of the previous model, but the new one is definitely rather elegant, so hopefully there’s a place for it in a world that seems to be obsessed with supercars.

I do keep thinking the old one could be a right hoot for the £20k they can be had for now. I guess those that can see a use (and afford the fuel) for a 195mph saloon don’t need to worry about saving the pennies and buying second hand.

I didn't know until yesterday that Norman Dewis had died - still. surviving that crash & living until the age of 98 wasn't too bad ...

That is sad.
We used to see him with his pals in the coffee shop in Church Stretton over the last few years, sharp as could be.
Great his contribution was so respected, esp in the last 5 years.
