I’ve been made aware of another case today

Sold and no funds forthcoming and it’s changed hands again

Seriously if you’ve got a car there get it back

If you’re owed money get as soon as you can

And the time to worry about legal threats has gone

Do not use this dealer and spread the word far and wide

Hi Guys

Should anyone wish to provide a factual review of their experience with any such trader that might relate to any unfortunate dealings on a SOR basis, you are more than welcome to do this in the 911uk "Independent Porsche Dealer Garage REVIEWS" section.

This section on the site, includes content on
1. Independent Porsche Dealer Garage - Review Policy Guidelines
2. Dealing with Reviews, the good, the bad and the ugly
3. Dealer Garage Reviews - Tips for writing great review
4. Vehicle Repairs and Servicing: Your Rights
5. The Consumer Rights Act - all Car Sales Post 01 Oct 2015

Just for reference there was also recently a factual review from a user who had a "Very unsatisfactory SOR experience"

Cheers

Sadly I've had a call today from a well respected Porsche contact to say he's had yet another report from somebody who is waiting for his money from the usual suspect.

Not good

If they turn up at the NEC show in November, as they did last year, i think someone should rent a sandwich board and 'patrol' the area.

Really needs a protest at his open day to make sure people know what he is really about.

He’s got no shame and no money by the sounds of it - just awful

His name is tainted within the trade - I’ve heard so many respected traders recently say so
