Car transport

Post by vimal »

Not sure if this is the right forum but can anyone recommend a transportation company that could collect a car from Wrexham and deliver it to London (open or closed trailer). I have just bought a car but don’t have time to collect it at the moment.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received (I’m reluctant to just rely on an internet search)

+1 for Shiply, used them for cars, tables, anything big really. You put in what you want moving from and to locations and watch the quotes come in. Wait a week whilst they all undercut each other and then go for the one with the best reviews and insurance cover etc...

Ditto

I've used Shiply to get several cars moved via very competitively-priced transport companies.

If you aren't tied to a specific day then drivers who are dropping off a car in that approx locality & would otherwise be returning to their base 'empty' will often just be aiming to recoup the cost of their fuel.

Thank you for all the suggestions - I managed to find someone recommended and well priced in the area (a2b motor movers) and took delivery this week.
