That's messed up , in Belgium and most of the rest of the EU, the Biocrap is only found in 95 and 98 is free of that rubbish.
And either way you have a choice to pay more.

Can you get AVgas?? Avgas does not have Bioethanol since aircraft cannot have moisture.
or 100 or 102 ron race fuel?

Read it again !

"Esso super unleaded petrol (Synergy Supreme+ Unleaded 97) is ethanol free (except in Devon, Cornwall, the Teesside area and Scotland) and we have no current intention to add ethanol to Synergy Supreme+ in other areas of the UK.

We would therefore advise anyone who has concerns about the presence of ethanol in petrol to use Synergy Supreme+ – providing they do not fill up in Devon or Cornwall, the Teesside area or Scotland."

When I need ethanol-free fuel (my Alfa Giulietta Sprint has a CR of 11.2:1 & is sensitive to fuel quality) I use Esso super unleaded ...

technically the ethanol is better for high compression.
it's just destructive for your fuel delivery system.

But that was a year ago, I don't think there are any guarantees that what was so then is going to be the same now as it all seems to change a lot.
