Have you checked for free play on the brake peddle master cylinder pin? You should have some free play before it actuated the cylinder. Dual cylinder pins are shorter than single. So you may not be releasing all of the pressure in the master cylinder as the fluid gets hot and expands.newto912 wrote:engine in, first run out and after a while I thought was loosing power, but after stopping could smell brake pads. bemused as all newly built calipers and new brake lines. I had changed to a dual master cylinder. plan on changing all the brake hoses and trying again, what else could cause all 4 calipers to bind??
any ideas?
