similar treatment between rear and side glazing on a contemporary. (ours is prettier, but you get the idea :lol: )

Exactly! That's the plan Al but in Plexiglas (with the original logo :)) rather than steel.

Yup, there's a LOT of work in the detail to make things work! Have they shown you the plasticene cone trick yet? Vital in working out the gap between closing panels.

All vital work though.

I remember someone saying they'd rather design an engine from scrath than a door - the engine's easier!

Next up internal construction of the sills, doors and A & B posts that no-one will ever see once the car is finished but which takes hours (days) of time and effort...

More in a month. Special (very special...) gearbox build underway along with converting 10k Smiths tachometer to run with magneto this months jobs running in parallel to bodywork.... No August down tools on this job!
