cab sold for a smidge under Euro650,000. Not quite the 850-1million estimate but high enough!

73 RS for Eur538,000 give or take

Most of the porsches sold well. Only a 1975 2.7 carrera MFI didnt sell but it was estimated at 170-200k. I dont know if that is a bit on the high side, not an expert, but its reserve (probably not to far off the lower estimate) was certainly high enough to prevent a sale.....

I think that price is pretty disappointing? This is a unique car that sold or not much more than a 901 coupe and less than a carrera speedster.

Prototypes has never been not THAT hot...
Especially not those that never really made it into production - and no one can claim this one to be the prototype for the Cabriolet that came in -83.

But would you not even say that they are not better than to not be ever towards the only way that they should be because how they came to not be surely ever was?

Talacrest are also selling a 250GTO.

A close friend of mine owned the 250 GTO that's for sale at Talacrest for £43 million - he paid about $12,500 for it in ( I think) 1973 ! he had three of them and sold the last one for $279,000 some years later - speaking to him makes me feel far better about me selling a 2.7RS for £58,000 !!!!
