Aye, a bit of a project for a pro. A tad overpriced in my view.

It looks brilliant! Looks like the front has been cut off. The rear is not attached to the centre. Awesome. Is it super rare and worth a mill once done?

Back in the day, that would be a prime candidate for a matching trailer.

This is not a "project". It is an excuse to create a replica of a 1967 soft window 911 S. And it will be marketed as a "all original and numbers matching" when the deed is done.
That is what the pricing suggests anyway...

Currently "matching numbers" means that the numbers may match, but aren't necessarily the prescribed distance from one another......
Best wishes,
Sam.

The 67 Targa project on ebay UK just before Christmas was a lot less than that one, and kinda in one bit! though it wasn't the "S" model!

I know the seller - normally selling early 911 engines and engine cases at high prices - but this takes the biscuit.
