Yeah, American bling, but I thought my Leaf complimented and contrasted with your Irish.

It compliments perfectly. I actually checked twice as thought it might be the same stretch of road.

It's a rep, I guess (what with the wheels & mirror)?

Here's the link to the Irish (they've also a Bahama '67S in stock  ):

OK, OK. I will rise to the bait, Mike

Leaf Green looks great on reps. It compliments and contrasts quite well with Black too. 8)

(I'm sure a pic like this is allowed this close to the next issue)

Steve

It was the road in your picture that made me remember I had my pic on file. From memory I also thought it might coincidentally be the same road but when I found the pic obviously not.

James

Your car does look Leaf there. I remember you showing it too me in Sicily. It's a great shot to have so you know exactly what it will look like when you repaint, lol.

Mike

Ps. The mag dropped through the door this morning. Thank you Uncle Keith.

Absolutely stunning Steve. Even better if decals were removed.

Looks like a recent restoration that wasn't quite finished. Sounds like the owner tried to sell it at auction as a but it didn't make it's reserve. It must looks good but just not finished. However i would wonder who did the engine and painted the carbs and fan housing that colour

I should of taken a picture of the vin

After a bit of searching I found the auction for this car

Seems like quite strong money for a car that isn't finished?

That's a good discussion point!

Boxster = a huge all-rounder and 37 mpg in case you have all forgotten. Runs even better now it has been fixed. Wife likes it.

73T = modified with old skool bits and a lovely stock 3.2 with a Bob Watson chip. Wife understands it. Just a lovely old thing.

Lola T492 hill climb special= MASSIVE fun on a hill climb, 249 bhp and 520Kg. scares the hell out of me, loved by many. Wife sort of likes it, but understands it totally.

But the 911 could be the great allrounder and the Boxster the run-about...

Apparently the new Panamera looks much better that the old one. Discuss. On the other hand, don't bother
