I got a perfectly running 1.7, it was serviced just before it got pulled out, due to a conversion to a 914-6 GT

Did you find one? We've just rebuilt one andits for sale outright. New bearings, new piston rings. Fast road cam and slightly raised compression ratio.
Weber/Dellorto manifolds and stainless steel heat exchangers also available.
