Stanford Hall show 2016
1 May, 2016
The Stanford Hall show, organized by the Leicestershire and Warwickshire VW Owners' Club is open to all VW Group vehicles whilst concentrating on the VW models. The 912 Regsiter now has its own display area and passes are available from me.
Please be aware that as a displaying club, the standard entry fee on arrival will need to be paid. All displaying vehicles need to be on site between 0830 and 1100 and must stay until after 1600.

late to the party i know but don't suppose there's space for another 912?
i was there last year in my black 65.
I will add you but we are well over 20 at the moment so lets see. Maybe consider a concours place?
Why not just ask if we can have some more passes for the 912 Display?
See if it could be extended to 15.
Would be a shame to have to start excluding people from the display.

I must admit I'm a little reluctant to do that since the drop out rate last year was quite high. I think we had 10/12 out of a possible 20? Lets give it another until the end of the month and ask people to confirm that they are coming then take stock again?

There were 12 last year, the drop outs mainly down to the bad weather forecast.
The time we did it before we had no drop outs.
Stanford Hall have now stopped adding any more club displays to this years event so the
chance of getting additional passes for the 912 Display will evaporate if left much longer.
Surely it's better to have than to have not?
It's still 6 weeks away so it's quite possible that more will want to come.
It's probably time to start thinking about addresses. If you are on the list can you message me the address that you would like the pass to be sent to? At the moment we have more people than passes so taking a pass means you are coming even if it rains/snows! If I get more than 20 addresses back I will have a think about what to do. Hopefully it will be a good show. This year I'm going to try and get around Stanford House. Last year we arrived 10 mins late for the last tour!

Whoops I didn't mean to do that! I thought I sent a PM...
Thanks
