Whats it worth 2.2T engine & gearbox

I have a matching 1971 2.2t engine and gearbox just missing carbs. all working fine before removal and was pulling 125bhp on permatune.

engine no. 6111042
gearbox. 911/01 7113038

not sure what its worth. just looking for a starting point will probably sell them on eBay separately

It is worth most to the owner of the chassis number it left the factory with. I can't remember but where I am sure there are mentions on here of the site to check for people looking for a specific engine number. Unless you know the chassis is no longer around it may be worth checking that out first.

I know where the car is, its now a hot rod with a 3.2 in it. it wont ever go back hence I have had them for 2 years and its just gathering dust

Its a friends sons, it wont go back I pleaded with him not to.... thing is if he wants an original car he would buy a S moneys not the driver.
