Envy is a terrible emotion and sadly one from which I am suffering right now. Dammit, that's gorgeous! Think I'll take out shares in Brasso.

Wow oh Wow. More details please. I restored a Series 2 Seven but hardly got to use it with the weather over here and family life so sold it on. Hope you get more use out of this one.

Looks great Andy, nice stable you've got again !!

Been in a modem Caterham which was bonkers! but there is something very appealing with the early sevens

I had this car on my watchlist for about 2 months here in NZ when it was with the previous owner that Bains bought it from , wasnt really my thing , but given the condition and climax engine it did get my interest.
Shame it's left NZ , but Bains were always going to struggle to sell it on again here , buyers here all know each other and don't like guys 'flipping' cars , that's why there really isn't a classic car dealer market here. Very different to the UK.
Very nice car.

Thanks.

Bains had it on consignment - I bought it directly from the owner who lives up near Nelson.

That's good , glad , as they were really looking to profit.. Still sad to see great cars leaving but I am as guilty as anyone of moving cars around the world. Some of the cars I have bought and sold would have had full passports by now!
I hope you enjoy it.

I would imagine you will need to know exactly what's round the corner when driving that.

I know nothing about them so cant comment on the purchase and looking to be educated.
